    You’ve probably seen it on the socials or read about it in earlier issues of the Joomla Community Magazine: next month, the Joomla World Conference will take place in Potsdam, Germany.  A lot of JCM team members will attend this event and we’re all looking forward to it. One of the best reasons to be there is that it’s not just a sit-down-and-listen event. We get to meet each other in real life, learn a lot, have fun and do stuff together (for example: there will be a maintenance sprint during JWC, you can read more about that in this issue). We’d love to see you there!

  • One More Day of Maintenance – Joomla 7.0 Sprint at Joomla World Conference

    Joomla World Conference starts on Friday. We’re starting one day earlier: on Thursday, 15 October, the Joomla Maintenance Team will meet at the conference venue in Potsdam for another hands-on sprint towards Joomla 7.0.

  • Thank you Hans van der Meer

    Hans van der Meer has been active in our community for many years. He coordinated a user group, JUG Arnhem-Nijmegen, was a member of the JoomlaDagen team, and co-organized the Joostock Unconference (all in the Netherlands), and he was a longstanding member of several international Joomla teams. Now that he is leaving us, we feel it is only fitting to express our gratitude to this special, wonderful, kind and dedicated Joomler.
